We like free.
The day started off really sunny and warm.
Sadly, though, by the time we made it to the zoo, the clouds rolled in over the mountains and gray-ed up the place.
I left the kid’s fleece hat at his babysitters. Looking at this hat though, I realized that my knitting has definitely improved since last year. Since his head is too big now, I think I’ll rip out the yarn, add a contrast color and knit a new hat. Maybe not now, but, you know, someday.
Lessons learned (photography related, no take kid to zoo related):
- Custom print layouts in Adobe Lightroom that you can export as a .jpeg. No more round-tripping to PS to create a collage.
- the 28mm is a nice walking around lens
