Total Mileage = 56.6 miles
My training this month was quite un-structured. *sigh* I always start organized. I put pen to calender and scheduled my workouts; I even added training paces! This month, I failed to do any long (10+) training runs. Sprinkle in sporadic tempo runs and 2 track workouts and that made up May training. I can use injury and illness as an excuse right? Yeah, didn’t think so.
However. I am happy with where I am running-wise. My pace has improved. My endurance is increasing. I feel healthy, ready and motivated to begin training for the Chicago Marathon…
